Privacy policy
Last Updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Nakkaa handles personal information when you browse our Shopify-powered store, buy replacement parts, ask about equipment compatibility, or contact customer service. Nakkaa is operated by Shandong Liangjingjing Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the store's handling of your personal information.
For privacy questions or requests, contact service@nakkaa.shop.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact and order information: name, email, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number if provided, items purchased, order history, payment status, and return or refund records.
- Payment-related information: transaction identifiers, the payment method details available to us, and payment or refund confirmations. Card details entered at checkout are processed through the selected payment provider. Please do not email full card numbers.
- Support and compatibility information: your messages, equipment and engine model details, and photos or videos of original parts or product issues that you choose to provide.
- Account and preference information: details associated with an account you create, saved settings, subscriptions, and privacy choices.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with the store through cookies or similar technologies.
We obtain information directly from you, automatically through the storefront, and from providers supporting payments, delivery, security, or customer service. For technical questions, please share only the equipment information needed to review the part. Avoid including unrelated personal details in photos.
2. How We Use Information
- Process payments, prepare and deliver orders, and send transaction or tracking updates.
- Review product questions, compare the compatibility information you provide, and handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and missing components.
- Maintain accounts you choose to create and remember requested preferences.
- Protect checkout, detect fraud, investigate misuse, and maintain store security.
- Understand site performance and improve product descriptions, navigation, and customer service, subject to applicable consent requirements.
- Send promotional messages where permitted and consistent with your choices. You may unsubscribe; necessary order and service communications continue.
- Maintain accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, legal bases include performing a contract or taking steps you request before a purchase, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as preventing fraud and answering enquiries, and consent where required for optional cookies or marketing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. Service Providers and Disclosures
We work with trusted service providers around the world, including Shopify, payment gateway operators, fulfillment partners, and delivery companies. Information is disclosed as needed for their services, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
- Shopify: hosts the storefront and provides commerce functions such as checkout, order records, platform security, and related features. Shopify also handles certain information for its own purposes under its Privacy Policy. If Shopify Network Intelligence or related enhanced services are enabled, activity from this store may be combined with activity from other merchants to support personalization, analytics, or advertising, subject to applicable privacy choices. For information handled by Shopify in its own capacity, you may also use the Shopify Privacy Portal.
- Payment processors and wallet providers: the providers identified for your selected payment method at checkout handle authorization, transaction security, settlement, and refunds.
- Fulfillment and delivery providers: receive recipient and address details, necessary contact information, and parcel information to prepare, deliver, track, or return an order. Your shipping confirmation or tracking record identifies the carrier for the parcel.
- Communications, customer support, and technical providers: assist with emails, support enquiries, site functions, and security under the access needed for their work.
- Professional advisers and authorities: receive information when needed for accounting, legal advice, lawful requests, fraud prevention, or the protection of rights.
A business reorganization or transfer may involve a relevant disclosure with appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards. Private support messages and technical photos are not published as customer reviews or promotional content without your permission.
4. Sale, Sharing, and Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money or rent customer lists. Certain advertising-related disclosures can be defined as a "sale" or "sharing" under U.S. privacy laws even without monetary payment. To the extent an optional advertising or enhanced-service feature involves such disclosures, you may opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies store small amounts of information on your device. Similar technologies can support site functions or measure activity. The categories and purposes are:
- Strictly necessary: maintain cart and checkout sessions, support sign-in where used, remember privacy choices, prevent fraud, and protect the store.
- Preferences: remember choices such as language, region, and other requested settings.
- Analytics: measure visits, page performance, navigation, and checkout completion to help improve the store, subject to applicable consent requirements.
- Advertising and measurement: if enabled, measure campaigns or support relevant advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Session cookies expire at the end of a session. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted; duration depends on their function and provider. Browser cookie tools can show stored cookies and their expiry dates.
Use the store's cookie preference controls when displayed to change optional-cookie choices. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Optional technologies are used only with the consent required by applicable law. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent a purchase; blocking essential cookies can affect checkout. You may need to reset choices after clearing cookies or changing devices.
6. U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may request access to information, a portable copy, correction, or deletion. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, and to limit certain uses of sensitive information. We do not use personal information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, to learn the categories and specific pieces of information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Submit a request or opt-out by emailing service@nakkaa.shop. You do not need an account. We may reasonably verify identity for access, correction, or deletion using information related to your relationship with the store. Sale or sharing opt-outs do not require identity verification beyond what is necessary to apply the choice. An authorized agent may act with the authorization required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires, we honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal. A browser choice may not automatically apply to another device. Other "Do Not Track" signals do not have a uniform technical standard.
We respond to verified U.S. access, correction, and deletion requests within 45 calendar days where that deadline applies. If a lawful extension is needed, we notify you within the original period. Opt-outs are processed within the applicable shorter legal deadline. Where you have a right to appeal a denial, reply to our decision email; we will explain the appeal outcome and available contact with a state attorney general or other authority.
7. GDPR Rights Where Applicable
Where the GDPR or comparable law applies to our processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability; object to relevant processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your competent data protection authority. We normally respond within one month. For a complex or numerous request, a lawful extension of up to two additional months may apply, with notice in the first month. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and lawful recordkeeping exceptions.
Global service providers may process information outside your place of residence. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards, including recognized contractual protections, apply to covered transfers.
8. Retention
- Order, payment, refund, and tax records: generally up to 7 years after the transaction for accounting, compliance, and dispute handling, unless another period is legally required.
- Routine support messages and compatibility photos: generally up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless an ongoing product issue, legal claim, or obligation requires longer retention.
- Account information: while the account is active and as needed to close it, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.
- Marketing information: until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed. A limited suppression record may be retained to honor your opt-out.
- Browsing and technical information: for the period needed for its purpose, the relevant cookie or provider setting, security, and applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. We may retain information under lawful exceptions for tax, fraud prevention, or legal claims, and explain relevant exceptions when responding to a deletion request.
9. Security
Our Shopify-hosted storefront uses HTTPS with TLS, commonly called SSL encryption, to protect information in transit between your browser and the store. Reasonable administrative measures and access controls help limit access to authorized people and service providers. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children, Other Websites, and Updates
The store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can review and delete it where required. Linked websites and independently selected payment services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy, revise the date above, and provide additional notice where legally required.
